Freestyle fundamentals for pole & floorwork
Working the room, not just the pole
Through guided sequences, movement pathways, improvisational prompts, & freestyle exercises, students will examine the elements that transform movement into an experience for both the performer & the audience.
Students will develop tools for deeper self-expression, stronger stage presence, increased body & spatial awareness, & freestyle skills that support greater confidence & flow.
Policy: Cancellations must be made 4 days prior to receive a full refund. 3 day notice results in 50% refund or a class credit. Any short term notices of 2 days or less will result in you forfeiting your spot in class & no refund.
